Looks like the news that T-ara is going to half a break is indeed through, seeing how this episode is comprised fully of past video footages. (as such, T-araChina has decided not to sub it, and I won't be able to sub it too)
Also, since it's special episode 1, I think there'll be a second not-so-special special episode.
